As an advocate of the 'KISS - ideal of keep it simple simple', the idea of playing an online game of backgammon is a little daunting for someone whose capabilities with the internet are to say the least not great. The resolution should also be set to 800X600 and the colour resolution to high (16 bit or more). That’s about as complicated as it gets.

Also at this point you find you will be given hints and tips on the game as you move from instruction to instruction, hints on the dice, and doubling, useful to help you understand the game more. This keeps the player in touch as the download progress’s a neat touch by Play 65.
